started racing in saloon cars in the 80’s with an
Opel GTE and moved into Formula Ford with Royale,
Van Diemen, and Ray marques before moving into
Sports 2000 and Thundersports with a March chassis.
A formal Commercial
Director for Motor Circuit Developments, he was also
the recipient of the prestigious MCD trophy for his
contribution to British motorsport.
Having recently
returned to The UK after living for 15 years in SE
Asia and Central Europe, he returned to the circuits
half way through last season with a new Gunn TS 9
Sports 2000 Duratec. The results were certainly
encouraging enough to enter a full season in 2008
with Team TWC and Pride Engines.
“ With a race
winning chassis, the power and reliability of a
Pride Engine coupled with the depth of racing
experience provided by Ian and his team at TWC, I
know I can look forward to a competitive season in
2008”
